Ziboxan® PM200

Ziboxan® PM200 is fine particle size powder xanthan gum produced by fermentation of corn starch and beans protein with Xanthomonas campestris; its solutions are neutral, suitable for use in food and food preparations as a stabilizer, thickener, or emulsifier, especially used in pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications as a stabilizer, thickener or emulsifier.
