Ziboxan® KF
Ziboxan® KF is a new product of xanthan gum for instant beverages which is developed by Deosen Biochemical Co., Ltd. in 2020. It can be widely used in brewing coffee, milk tea, health products, and other brewed beverages. It dissolves quickly in cold and hot water; it has good thickening stability, smooth aqueous solution, and good rheology, which can improve the appearance and taste of beverages.

KF-type xanthan gum particles are extremely water-soluble, when they are compounded into solid raw materials, they can dissolve quickly in aqueous solution; almost without any swelling rubber particles, the uniform appearance of the solution is excellent; rapid suspension effect, small dosage, and obvious effect; it maintains stable viscosity for a long time under high temperature; it is an excellent stabilizer for solid preparation products.
